Trip Agent

A small, private trip assistant for a group of friends and family. It finds your booking emails, builds the trip, tells you what is missing, and keeps a calendar up to date.

What it does

• Each trip has its own private Slack channel. The people in the channel are the people on the trip.
• If you choose to, you connect your Gmail account and allow it to be searched for one trip's bookings. Flights, stays and activities become part of the trip.
• It points out gaps, such as a night with no place to stay or a trip with no way home, and reminds the group about deadlines.
• Each trip has a calendar address you can subscribe to in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.

Your email

Trip Agent has read-only access to your Gmail, and only reads it when someone in the trip asks for a refresh. It saves the facts it finds, such as a flight number and time, and a pointer to the email. It does not save the email text. You can disconnect at any time.
